Authenticity is another biggie when it comes to branding. Before you embark on a journey of rediscovery or reinvention of your branding, ask yourself:
What is our company’s vision? Where are we going in the next 5, 10, 30 years?
What do we stand for? What are our values? Why do we do what we do?
What do our customers say sets us apart?
Ask for customer feedback. Take time to develop your customer value proposition and work out what your USP is. There are probably hundreds of businesses similar to yours so what makes YOU stand out from the crowd?
Think about brands to which you are loyal. What is it about them that makes you go back time after time to buy their products or use their services?
