Founded in 2019, Andrew Downing Booth Estate Agents has quickly become one of the most innovative and trailblazing high-end estate agencies in Staffordshire. Despite their relatively short time in the industry, their team of passionate and experienced professionals has already established a reputation for excellence, and they are committed to delivering exceptional service to their clients.

They felt that their branding had served them well but that it needed a refresh, so they got in touch with PHd and we started working on something that would ‘move’ them.

Their previous logo was ill-thought and gave the company an outdated appearance. By updating their logo through subtle yet crucial changes we helped modernize their brand and convey a more contemporary image.

Their new brand now has the versatility and applicability to be applied to a variety platforms and mediums with ease.

Another area in which we improved was their colour palette. As this was to be an evolution of the previous brand we felt that it was important to stick within the same colour tones of the previous brand. Through various rounds of colour testing and elimination, we landed on a palette of colours that were all perfectly complimentary, vastly improving the logo and taking it from toned down and dull to prominent and exciting.

As a part of their rebranding effort, Andrew Downing Booth introduced three sub-brands that required a slight derivation to distinguish them from the main brand. The aim was to ensure that each sub-brand had its own unique identity while still maintaining visual consistency with the primary brand. By implementing these changes, the sub-brands were better able to stand out and communicate their distinct value propositions to the target audience.
