Lifestyle Express approached us to bring new life and character to a tired and poorly viewed retail brand. Having already built trust through our work with their parent group, we were perfectly placed to deliver. Our goal was to create a refreshed visual identity that modernised the brand while highlighting its wide selection of products, approachability, and community focus. The result revitalises Lifestyle Express’s presence, enhancing visibility and strengthening its connection with customers and the communities they serve.

A standout feature of the refreshed Lifestyle Express brand is its new mascot—a cheerful, smiling star subtly hidden within the logo. This playful detail literally adds “life” to the brand, bringing energy and personality to every touchpoint. It reinforces the brand’s approachability and community focus, creating a memorable and engaging experience for customers and passers by.

To extend this personality in-store, we developed a bespoke iconography system for wayfinding and interior signage. Each icon guides customers effortlessly while reflecting the brand’s friendly, approachable character, creating a welcoming and intuitive shopping experience that fully brings the refreshed brand identity to life.

The Lifestyle Express rebrand was a full-scale reinvigoration of the brand’s identity and presence. From the logo and colour palette to typography and imagery, every element was designed for consistency, vibrancy, and relevance across both digital and physical touchpoints. We redesigned the store fronts to create a modern, welcoming façade, and introduced a hidden smiling star mascot, playful iconography, and cohesive in-store signage to bring the brand to life. Beyond aesthetics, the rebrand improved functionality and the customer journey, making stores easier and more enjoyable to navigate. The result is a modern, confident Lifestyle Express brand with a clear personality, stronger community presence, and renewed appeal to both retailers and customers alike.
