Stripe Property Group’s previous branding had become outdated and lacked the versatility to effectively reach the diverse markets they were targeting.

A crucial factor in creating the new logo for Stripe Property Group was to capture the company’s dynamic and energetic spirit. After multiple rounds of collaboration with their team, the ideal concept was finalised. The new brand provided the flexibility necessary for the company to expand and diversify.

The four sub-brands, Stripe Homes, Stripe Commercial, Stripe Students, and Stripe Digital, each have their own distinctive brand identities, which are integrated into the overall parent brand.

The new visual system for Stripe Property Group embodies both professionalism and character, with high-quality typography conveying a sense of sophistication, carefully selected photography conveying a genuine and editorial feel, and bespoke illustrative patterns communicating energy and dynamism. The bright color palette, which features shades that evoke growth, renewal, and vibrancy, further reinforces the brand’s lively and dynamic spirit.
