Midshires Group approached us in search of a complete brand transformation—one that would more accurately reflect the depth of their mobility solutions and clearly communicate their value to a diverse client base. They recognised that their existing digital presence was no longer fit for purpose and needed a brand that would not only stand out online but also resonate with modern audiences. Our task was to craft a visual identity that conveyed their professionalism and trusted expertise, while also highlighting their compassionate, future-focused ethos. We immersed ourselves in understanding their mission to empower independence and improve lives, and from there, developed a refreshed brand that not only modernised their appearance but also aligned seamlessly with their vision for growth. The result has positioned Midshires Group as a standout force within the mobility sector—enhancing their visibility and strengthening their connection with those they serve.

To support their renewed digital presence, we designed a suite of bespoke icons to be used primarily across their website and online platforms. Each icon was crafted to represent a specific product category or service area, helping users navigate the site with clarity and ease. Beyond function, the icons also reinforced the new visual identity—adding character, consistency, and a user-friendly touch to the overall online experience.

Lioncroft Wholesale, formerly East End Foods, is a family-owned business with deep roots in the West Midlands’ food and drink wholesale industry. Founded by the Wouhra family over 50 years ago, the company has grown into a trusted name, offering an impressive range of over 16,000 products, including food, beverages, and household essentials from more than 200 leading brands.

After a rebrand that didn’t achieve the desired impact, Lioncroft Wholesale faced significant challenges in maintaining its position in the competitive wholesale market. To help them overcome these obstacles and refresh their brand, we were brought in. With our support and guidance, Lioncroft was able to revitalise its brand identity, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen its reputation as a key player in the wholesale industry.

Lioncroft Wholesale’s original branding featured a lion, a symbol they wanted to keep, but the design was outdated, conveying a sense of tiredness, sluggishness, and old-fashioned appeal—qualities they didn’t want to associate with their brand. To reposition the company as a dynamic and modern market leader, a complete revamp of the lion logo was needed. The aim was to maintain the symbolism of the lion while giving it a fresh, energetic look that better reflected the company’s values of innovation and growth.

To ensure consistency across Lioncroft Wholesale’s brand, we developed a full set of brand guidelines. These guidelines covered everything from logo use to colour schemes, fonts, and tone of voice, ensuring the brand maintained a cohesive presence across all channels. This helped Lioncroft present a unified and recognisable identity, both online and offline, and provided clear direction for their team as they expanded and evolved in the wholesale market.

We redesigned Lioncroft Wholesale’s own-brand product packaging into two distinct styles: one for the wholesale market and another for retail. The wholesale packaging focused on bold, practical designs that emphasised value and ease of display, catering to business buyers. For the retail range, we created more visually appealing packaging, with vibrant colours and modern typography to attract individual consumers in competitive retail environments. As part of their rebrand, we redesigned Lioncroft Wholesale’s wholesale, hospitality, and corporate websites, tailoring each to its specific audience. However, with that fast-paced expansion came several hastily created versions of their brand. From years of “quick fixes” to meet demand, their branding became inconsistent, with multiple iterations in circulation, each lacking cohesion and a clear identity. As the company grew, it became evident that a stronger, unified brand was needed to truly reflect the quality and craftsmanship behind their baked goods.

Perfection Foods’ new brand retains the familiar structure of their previous identity, ensuring a sense of continuity and recognition. However, it has been significantly refined to better reflect the company’s high standards and global reputation. Joinex, a Birmingham-based company, has been designing and delivering bespoke signage and exhibition displays for over 20 years. Specializing in custom-built solutions, they have earned a reputation for excellence, working with a wide range of global brands across various industries. From eye-catching trade show booths to immersive exhibition environments, Joinex brings creativity and craftsmanship to every project, traveling around the world to set up stunning displays. Despite their exceptional work in making other companies stand out, Joinex’s own brand had taken a back seat over the years. Realising it was time for a change, they decided it was finally time to refresh their image and embark on a much-needed rebrand.

The new Joinex brand was crafted with the same meticulous precision they apply to every custom display and exhibition they create. At the heart of the new logo are three key elements that symbolize the company’s expertise and vision. A 3D visual of a room or exhibition stage represents their mastery in designing immersive, dynamic spaces, while a doorway symbolizes how Joinex crafts walk-in experiences that invite engagement and exploration. Finally, the letter “J” ties it all together, proudly representing the Joinex name and their commitment to excellence in every project they undertake.

The new strapline, “Where Ideas Stand Tall,” was born out of Joinex’s core mission: to bring bold ideas to life through impactful, stand-out displays. It encapsulates their expertise in crafting towering, attention-grabbing exhibitions that leave lasting impressions. This powerful tagline perfectly aligns with the company’s vision and reinforces their commitment to elevating brands through innovative design.

To fully embrace the rebrand, Joinex has rolled out their new identity across various touchpoints, including their fleet vehicles and factory signage. PHd’s task was to modernise Tile Rite’s brand appearance while positioning it as an even bigger name in the world of tiling. This involved updating the logo, colour palette, and overall design aesthetics to create a more contemporary, appealing, and standout look. The refreshed branding was designed to convey innovation and quality, while remaining true to the trusted heritage that has made Tile Rite a household name among tiling professionals and enthusiasts alike.

We enhanced the logo’s lines and typography, giving it a fresh and updated feel without losing its original essence. This careful balance of tradition and innovation allowed Tile Rite to retain its established brand equity while appealing to new and existing customers alike.

To further distinguish Tile Rite from its competitors, we developed a vibrant new colour scheme. This bold palette not only grabs attention but also brings energy and modernity to the brand. Alongside the primary colours, we introduced a variety of secondary colours, each representing different stages of the tiling process. These secondary colours were used to colour-code Tile Rite’s diverse range of products, making it easier for customers to navigate their offerings and find exactly what they need.

Building on this foundation, we created a cohesive template system to be used across all packaging. This template ensures consistency, making each product instantly recognisable as part of the Tile Rite family while clearly displaying the unique qualities and special features of each item. The standardised layout includes consistent placement of logos, product names, and key information, alongside dedicated sections for specific attributes and benefits. With this new design, Tile Rite’s products are seamlessly integrated, making it easier for customers to find exactly what they need while ensuring the brand’s image remains firmly in place, just like a perfectly laid tile.
